Thanks, Michael, for the help getting Karen's machine settled with the Norton Uninstaller. I had used the Vista program uninstaller and
then used this program and there were several more files and entrys under Norton and Symantec that I was able to eliminate. Thanks

Your product is excellent. I shall have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone I know who has the same problem I had.
Oh, one thing puzzles me, every time I log in I get an error report from Mircrosoft saying Norton is having problems. I am not sending the
report, just cancelling it, as Norton is nowhere to be seen in my machine, which incidently is going much faster.

Great news! Michael and I were able to connect up the very next day!
Just wanted to let you know how great Michael was. It was just amazing watching him fix my problem, and then making sure I was covered
with a security system that would ensure protection of my computer.
He also was very pleasant to talk with and made me feel very much at ease, as sometimes when you need help, they can make you feel pretty
dumb if you cannot follow their instructions!

I contacted Michael, and after quite a deal of getting rid of spyware, and correcting the damage done by that spyware, Norton
is uninstalled. Thank you, and Michael, for the help.
I am very happy with the results and also for your help. I did not have to repair or re-install my Windows firewall. The software
seemed to remove completely every thing in the resistry.

How do I begin to tell you what a load off my shoulders it was to have someone help me with out having to unplug my computer (to lug into the
shop)
I don't know a thing about computers but he took over and things I had to do he patiently helped me.He spent til 4 am ficxing my computer and
over 8 hours working. He gave me reassurance it would be fixed and showed me the bad files and what I needed on it and what not to put on it.
I told him one time I felt stupid. He said, "don't feel that way. That is what I am here for". Even after it was fixed he contacted me and made
sure I am ok with my computer. I will recomend him to everyone of my friends and I will use him from now on. He is a gentlemen also and that was
really wonderful that someone talks to you with respect.
I have also had no further torouble with my computer and I am totally satisfied. Thank you again for your help.

Thank you for putting me in touch with Mike. My computer was full of viruses and not running properly. Not being a very computer savvy
individual, I was put in touch with Mike and he was able to save me.
He used a remote system that could log on to my desktop and he could run his anti virus software and completely fix my problems. Mike is very
knowledgeable and very helpful and easy to talk to. He explained everything he was doing very clearly to me, in a manner that I could
understand.
